Firefighter Telephone System

In multi-story buildings or long tunnels, it is crucial to include the firefighter telephone system that enables communication during a fire with fire detection systems due to the characteristics of the space. Communication is the most important factor in conveying danger information, taking precautions, and controlling the situation. Produced by considering every detail of usage needs, firefighter telephone control systems consist of the Firefighter Telephone Control Unit and Field Telephones. The Firefighter Telephone Control Unit enables authorized persons to communicate with firefighter field telephones, security centers, or other field telephones in case of an emergency.

The firefighter telephone system is a two-way communication system established for the communication of firefighting teams within a building during a fire. This communication is carried out through the main panel in the system center and distributed field units in the field.

Field units are generally placed in fire escape stairs. These units can be of two different types. The first is metal field cabinets with their own handsets. These cabinets are opened with a key, and as soon as the operator lifts the handset, direct communication is established with the operator in the system center.

The second application is the use of connection sockets in the field. Connection sockets are placed at the relevant points, and the field personnel can establish two-way communication with the operator in the system center by plugging the portable handset into the desired socket.
